#Step 1:
Submit an InquiryForm

Browse our Bespoke, Men’s Made-To-Order, or Ladies Made-To-Order curated collection to select your favourite styles. When you’re ready, submit an inquiry form.

A Shoe Artistry consultant will contact you to answer any questions and schedule a consultation. If the requested time is not possible due to availability issues, we will propose alternative times.

#Step 2:
30-Minute Video Consultation

Get your vision board out and share your custom shoe dreams with us. We will discuss personalisation options and offer expert recommendations.

Your dedicated consultant will
also guide you in taking foot measurements. So please prepare two pieces of A4 size paper, measuring tape, and pen ahead of the appointment. Don’t worry, it’s fun and super easy!

#Step 3:
Payment & Delivery

Shoe Artistry will advise on the final costs of your custom shoes based on agreed specifications, including shipment options. Wise is our preferred international payment option. Once payment is received, our Hong Kong-based craftsmen will commence production.

It takes 3-4 weeks for made-to-order shoes to be fully-made, and 6-8 weeks for bespoke shoes. We will then expedite the delivery of your new “sole-mates”, and we look forward to your positive reviews!
