Turnaround Time

The overall turnaround for Bespoke shoes is an average of 6-8 weeks, and 3-4 weeks for Made-to-Order (MTO) shoes. Shoes with leather soles and requests for styles, material, finishing, and colour options outside of Shoe Artistry’s Made-To-Order collection take a longer construction time.

Accessories take approximately 1 week (excluding holidays) to be delivered.

When enquiring about your order status update, please mention your sales confirmation number so that we can expedite tracking.

Scope of Responsibility

Shoe Artistry’s scope of responsibility is limited up to the point when the parcel leaves our workshop premises. We take special instructions to deliver your order to an office address or as a gift. Whilst every effort is made to ensure that the delivery is made on time according to your instructions, we shall not be liable for any loss caused by delivery partners or agents, and external factors that Shoe Artistry does not influence.

Sundays, public holidays, and in circumstances of natural disaster or worldwide pandemic can result in delivery delays. If the items are urgent, kindly let us know in advance.

Exchange & Refunds

Bespoke and Made-To-Order shoes are made exclusively according to your requirements. No returns and exchanges are allowed.

We allow for accessories to be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. This is only applicable to unused items of which the packaging should still be intact. The customer shall bear all return and exchange postages.
